This type of a pad is recommmended specially for the ideal reproduction of a logotype colour setting, particularly for multi-colour ones and when a large size of an imprint / reproduction is required. At orders exceeding 10,000 pcs. any shape of a pad is possible to be designed.
The pad is designed in a specific way comprising the following stages:
- first, the imprint of a logotype/graphics is made on a paper either foil, offset or silk-screen printing mode is applied considering parameters of graphics
- then, such imprint is embedded between two layers of a pad. Both layers are bonded seamlessly, so the pad looks as made of a single piece.
The pad with logo embedded is thicker then the one with an imprint, approx. 4-5 mm in comparison with approx. 3 mm.
Offset print technology allows for better fidelity of logotype/graphics reproduction, both in case of details and colours. The CMYK + Pantone mode of an imprint is also possible.
For a graphics of a regular, rectangular shape or in case when perfect colour saturation level is required - we recommend paper imprint. In case of an irregular shape graphics, applying of an imprint over transparent foil is recommended bacause it provides very attractive visual outlook. Once choosing this option, you have to consider that level of colours saturation will not be high as on a paper. Such negative effect can thus be minimised by applying a white base layer, however such solution also have some limitations.

Such type of a pad is recommended when large quantities are at stake and the single price matters a lot. Embossed logo looks pretty professional and is more intimate form of promotion. We find it particularly useful while applied at simple shape, visible logotypes.

The only limitation of use is the need for a periodical cleaning of a pad, thus from time to time it must be taken off and rinsed with a luke-warm water. The size which we find the most suitable in everyday use should not exceed 200 x 200 mm, we highly recommend to our clients pads of dimensions from 50 x 50 up to 100 x 150 mm.
In Dual Layer mode we can apply 2 different colours. It enables to reach a highly contrasted logotype, while maintaining all advantages of embossed logo in the same time.
